Processing Times

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Upon dispatch, an email confirming your order and a tracking code will be send to your account.

Local Pick-up

Local Pick Up is free of charge from our studio in Limerick City, Ireland. At check-out select "Local Pick up" and pay or simply send us an e-mail and meet us in person! We are open from Mon-Fri, 10am-5:30pm.

Estimated Delivery Times

Ireland: 1-3 business days

UK and Europe: 3-7 business days 

International: 7-14 business days

Delivery times will vary depending on country and region and may vary due to postal or customs delays. All orders are shipped from Ireland using An Post, an Irish Postal Service.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order (incl. product & packaging). We aim to offer the best prices possible for our ceramic products.

Customs and Duties 

International and UK orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These are not included in the shipping cost and are the owners responsibility.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please email us at info@philipkennystudio.com. While we are not responsible for postal delays, we're happy to assist wherever possible.
